I.C.S.A’s presence in Sicily grows stronger with the setting up of a new Representative Office in Palermo at Villa Malfitano – 167 via Dante.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by I.C.S.A and the Whitaker Foundation on the 7th of February 2013 in Palermo, attesting to the important links that tie England to Sicily and the love that the Whitaker family had for our beautiful island.
In communicating and highlighting this agreement in both in Sicily and Australia, I.C.S.A wishes to recall the bond of friendship that has united these two cultures.
